What Does Our Process Look Like?
The process we follow is what has made our business so successful. Our onboarding process is tight and systematic. The technology process we implement is standard across all customers because we know it works. We don’t specialize in one vertical; we make technology work for all companies.
We also use what we call a Best Practices Report Card in which we lay out every technology scenario that could happen and rate a customer on how they might react. After months of working with us, our partners can see their percentages begin to rise – they have fewer IT problems and don’t have to call the help desk as much. Customers usually start at 10%-20%, and after a couple months, rank higher than 80%.
