Clear Vision and Goals: We now have 5-year, 3-year, 1-year and quarterly plans that clearly map out our company goals and vision. In addition, we have a defined meeting rhythm to ensure all departments stay on track to meet the goals we have set
Perfected Service Delivery: Now that we have eliminated virtually all operational issues, and have implemented clearly stated roles and objectives, we are freed up to focus on delivering the best possible service to our customers. Our time is now spent on new product development and constant improvement to our systems and delivery.
