Company president Pat founded Pat’s Computer Rescue and PCR Business Systems in 2004. He is hometown-proud and is a University of Akron graduate with a degree in Industrial Management. Pat firmly believes in giving back to the community and currently serves on a number of boards, including the Hudson Community Foundation, the Hudson chamber of commerce, and Family Promise of Summit County. He also enjoys spending time with his family doing activities like golfing, hiking, and running. He resides in Akron with his wife and two young children.

Jon has over 15 years experience working in PC support and network administration for small businesses, universities, and large corporations. Jon specializes in the execution and management of new projects for the business division of Pat’s Computer Rescue. Jon has a BS in technology from Kent State, and an Associates Degree in Computer Service & Network Technology from the University of Akron. Jon lives in Akron with his wife Amy and is an avid runner and cross-country skier.

Shaun has been with the PCR Team since the early days. He was the first employee Pat hired back in 2006. Shaun is a Network Administrator with PCR. He works behind the scenes setting up projects and working on new product offerings for our customers. When he isn’t working, Shaun enjoys remodeling his home and spending time with his family. Shaun lives in Akron with his wife Katie, and his son Jack.

Steve joined the PCR Team in 2017.  Steve has been working in the IT field since 1997.  He lives in Cuyahoga Falls with my wife and two sons. When he isn’t solving complex networking issues, Steve enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, and camping…Oh and hosting a  slightly over the top Halloween event every year with his brothers

Scott joined the PCR team in May 2010. As a Network Administrator, Scott is tasked with ensuring all of our customers receive an exceptional customer service experience.  He takes pride in making IT an asset for the businesses he serves, not a liability.   Scott graduated from Ohio University in 2008 with a BA in Political Science and Economics and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Akron in 2010. Scott is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and a loyal supported of our Cleveland teams.  Scott takes pride in his community and is a board member for the Ellet Amateur Athletic Association.  He also coaches a youth basketball team in Ellet.  In his spare time he enjoys golfing, reading, working out and currently resides in Akron with his wife, Krissy.

Amanda joined the PCR Team in 2010.  Amanda’s main responsibility is overseeing all of the sales and marketing for PCR.  Prior to working with PCR, she worked as the sales and marketing manager for Ohio.com.  Amanda is a Kent State University graduate and has a BS in Marketing and a minor in International Business.  Amanda is passionate about giving back to the Akron Community and has been volunteering as a CASA/GAL since 2005.  Amanda also sits on the CASA/GAL Board of Volunteers where she co-chairs the fundraising committee.  Amanda and her family also volunteer for Family Promise of Summit County, an organization that provides housing for homeless families.  Amanda also enjoys gardening and serves as the Treasurer for the Akron Garden Club, hiking and spending time with her family.  Amanda lives with her husband Pat and their two children.

Lynette joined the PCR Team in June of 2014 as our Office Manager/Dispatcher.  She will be overseeing all aspects of our office operations, as well as managing our service boards to ensure our customers receive the best service possible.  Prior to PCR, Lynette worked for eight years as a contractor for a large logistics company supporting their IT Departments and outsourced vendors.

Lynette is passionate about her community and is actively involved in her church, school, and her children’s sports teams.  Lynette’s most rewarding job, besides being a wife and mother, was supporting her husband’s military unit during their 17 month deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Lynette lives in Akron with her husband, son and daughter.  In her spare time she enjoys hiking, camping reading and scrap-booking.

Kevin “Uncle Kev” Carroll has been working with PCR since the business has started in 2004.  He worked many years “behind the scenes” keeping PCR’s books and in 2014 he took on the role as the company’s Controller.  Kevin is a retired accountant.  When not at PCR he enjoys hiking in the Metro Parks with his wife and dog Chester and riding his vintage Harley. Kevin has 2 children, 3 grandchildren and lives in Cuyahoga Falls.

Brandon joined PCR in April 2012. Brandon specializes in fixing software related issues. He attended Cloverleaf High school, The Medina County Career Center and Full Sail University. In his free time he likes to play video games, read and draw. He currently resides in Seville with his wife and his son and daughter.

Josh joined the PCR Team in April, 2013. Josh is a military veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He graduated from ITT Tech with a degree in Networking and also has his bachelor’s degree in Information System Security. He lives in Medina with his wife and 3 girls. Josh enjoys watching NASCAR and spending time with his family.

Thomas Lowry joined the PCR Team in 2017.  Thomas is a student at The University of Akron and is working on his BS in Computer Information Systems, Cisco Networking.  He is also working on a minor in Business Management Technology.

Kevin was welcomed to the PCR Team in July, 2015.  He currently resides in Tallmadge with his wife, Ashley and son, Maxwell. His number one priority is spending time with his family. Kevin is a self-taught DIY’er! He enjoys the challenge of fixing ANYTHING including cars, mechanical and electrical devices and is always helping family with computer problems.  When his is not working he finds himself constantly researching/trying to learn about the latest technology. Kevin also loves cooking oriental/specialty foods (Like his Grandma Baggao!) and really enjoys using his grills/smokers! Kevin constantly strives to be the best at what he does and is up for any challenge.

Ricky has been with the PCR Team since 2008. Ricky is our resident MAC and PC expert. Ricky received a certification from Apple University and has been a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2007. Ricky graduated from Stark State College of Technology in 2006. He is an avid hobbyist that enjoys electronic gaming, volleyball, fishing, paintball, board games and just hanging out with friends. Ricky currently resides in Barberton.

Kyle was welcomed to the PCR Team in July, 2015. Kyle first discovered his love for computers when he took a computer class in High School. After graduation, he attended the University of Akron and acquired his degree in Computer Information Systems. Kyle is a lifelong resident of Akron. When he isn’t working, he can be found fishing or working on cars. He is a huge car enthusiast, he especially loves Fords and his Mustang.

Brandon Harris was hired to the PCR Team in March, 2015 as a PC Technician and will be working in our Hudson and Medina locations. Brandon graduated from Nordonia High School in 2013. He then worked as an intern at the Nordonia Board of Education as a PC Technician. When he is not working for PCR, he enjoys going to Lake Erie Monsters games and participating in all E-sports communities. Brandon resides in Nordonia.

Torrence joined the PCR team in December of 2017. Prior to that he was co-owner of Phone Monki in Hudson, OH and has extensive smartphone and tablet repair knowledge. In other words, if you have a problem with your device, Torrence is the guy who can fix it! Torrence grew up in Southwest Michigan and played collegiate baseball. He currently lives in Shaker Heights with his fiancé and enjoys walking to the square, working out and going to movies. Torrence is a valuable addition to the PCR team and brings extensive phone repair knowledge to the PCR Team.
